Most states are paid 1099 with the proper license. Some exceptions: In CA, DBO requires W2. Additionally, Note: If you obtain a license (under United Home Financial) in a state outside of your home state, that can impact your payment status in your home state.

You can price your loan scenario directly with the lenders or use a Loan Sifter account for seamless rate comparisons. Plus, we offer a free seat with Lender Price. Our extensive lender network and advanced pricing tools put you in control, helping you secure the most competitive rates and terms available

We currently offer our originators a seat on Calyx Point to use any industry-standard loan origination software. Also, Calyx provides an easy-to-use platform for loan originators called Zenly, which simplifies lead management, document handling, and loan submissions. It integrates with Fannie Mae DO and Freddie Mac LPA to streamline your workflow and save time.

We set you up with a sub-account with one of our approved credit vendors. Each loan officer and branch are responsible for their billing with each credit vendor.

Yes, you can. However, please note that these ads must be previously approved by our Compliance Department. All advertising must be in United Home Financial's name. This applies to any form of advertising, including, but not limited to, print, radio, television, and the internet. Any form of advertising without obtaining approval from United Home Financial will lead to immediate termination. We take this very seriously.
